Human Resources Manager

Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with an NHS organisation in Liverpool that requires an experienced Human Resources Manager for an initial 6 month period.

The salary bracket for this post is between £150 - £190 per day depending on experienceand the client supports a hybrid working style.

Key responsibilities will include;

Work as a key member of the workforce management team, role modelling behaviour and providing expert guidance and judgement to complex situations.

Advise and support the implementation of organisational change processes as appropriate

Providing expert advice and support on a wide range of employee relations issues attendance management, disciplinary issues, grievances etc offering employment legislation and legal terms and conditions advice, supporting investigations and attendinghearings, including advising on medical staff employee relation cases.

Raise the profile and influencing strength of the workforce directorate by working closely with managers, teams, and individuals and through attending relevant divisional and corporate groups and committees, providing specialist HR input to meet theoperational priorities

Ensure the division and its teams, are provided with accurate and timely HR/OD information as required to support the operational performance management of the division.

Design and deliver training to managers on HR policies and the implementation of those policies co-produced with staff side
