Owen Reed is looking to recruit a forward-thinking and motivated Legal Secretary to join a top law firm in Finchley Central.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 12pm - 6pm
Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm
Role
- Secretary to Partner/Solicitors doing residential conveyancing and residential landlord and tenant conveyancing
- Answering the telephone
- General admin e.g opening/closing files, stationery etc
Skills:
- Typing
- Use of audio dictation
- Working knowledge of a Solicitors Practice
- Proficient use of Word and Excel including tracked changes
- Knowledge of Oyez Legal electonic forms
- Use of Online Land registry
