Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full time Site Operations Team Support Officer .

We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to work alongside our Duty Matron team to support patient flow and bed capacity across our organisation.

You will need to solve problems and issues sensitively, develop enhanced skills and support others to achieve this. Showing initiative and an ability to problem solve are integral to this role. The post holder must exercise initiative to organize their own workload within the constraints of defined deadlines.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of confidentiality, as well as being motivated and reliable.

The role is full time working the following shifts:
Long day shifts to 19.00, 7 days a week.

Twilight shifts to midnight, Monday to Friday

You would normally work 1 block of 5 twilight shifts per roster and would be expected to work at least 1 weekend out of every 4
