    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and innovative CPD and SCITT Lead to join our growing organisation.

    This is a fixed-term role for 1 year, commencing on 01 September 2024.

    Purpose of Role:

    • To lead the strategic development of CPD across primary and secondary schools in our Trust.
    • To work with the central Trust team to review CPD needs based on the Trust Business plan and school improvement priorities.
    • To establish and lead the Trust's SCITT programme in both primary and secondary phases, overseeing ECT training and development in liaison with external bodies.
    • To manage the work of the CPD/Training & Development Coordinator.
