Firestopping Project Coordinator


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of project plans, labour organisation, risk assessments and method statements.
• Work closely with the contracts manager to coordinate project activities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
• Track project progress and identify any issues or risks that may impact the successful completion of the project.

• Quality Assurance Checks

• Working through our firestopping software to check and identify penetration seals that have been loaded onto the system by the onsite staff.
• Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment between project goals and overall business objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including meeting minutes, action items, and project artifacts.

Experience

*Previous fire stopping knowledge essential - This role would be ideal for former fire stopping operative or sales person within the industry*- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

• Knowledge of firestopping works essential
• Proficiency in using project management systems, such as SharePoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment

Salary:
£27,500.00-£29,500.00 per year
