    Job Role: Senior Resettlement & Integration Support Worker

    We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Senior Resettlement & Integration Support Worker.

    This role is part of our Refugee Resettlement team, focusing on managing local projects effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Service Manager with operational management and staff line management of the local project team.
    • Provide supportive line management and supervision to team members, ensuring regular reviews are conducted.
    • Work directly with clients to provide high-quality person-centred services using a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.
    • Cultivate effective multi-agency working relationships with external agencies to maximize opportunities for clients.

    You will also be responsible for upholding the values of Julian House and supporting clients to reach their maximum potential.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Proven ability to develop empowering relationships with socially excluded clients, resulting in high-quality client service.
      • Ability to manage workload and supervise direct reports effectively.
      • Crisis Response and Resilience:
        Calm under pressure, capable of responding effectively to crisis situations with confidence and clarity.
      • Experience in line management, including performance management, delegation of tasks, and fostering a positive team environment.
        • Ability to travel within South Gloucestershire, willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends.
