The Conferences & Membership Co-coordinator will work to support execution of the events portfolio.Key Responsibilities of the Co-coordinator:
- Assist with conferences on site in London
- Coordinate speaker test calls
- Prepare and proof materials for conferences and webinars (i.e. presentations)
- Manage postevent summaries
- Coordinate food and beverage needs with caterers
- Respond to queries from speakers and delegates via managed inbox
- Provide general administrative support
- Use CMS to post and update upcoming conferences directly onto the Association's website
- Research potential new speakers
Ideal background/experience of the Co-ordinator
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines highly organised
- Strong team player
- At least one years experience in a business environment
