Description

An opportunity to join Liverpool Women's Community Midwifery team. Caring for a caseload of women providing antenatal and postnatal care in the community. This role will be primarily in the community setting for approx. 12 months with a plan to phase into continuity of care model.

Liverpool Community midwife teams work in a named midwife model caring for women in GP practices, community hubs and at home.

Each team is supported by Maternity support workers, Team Leader and a Matron. Staff are encouraged to work flexibly around their caseload of women. Each member of staff are provided with equipment to provide care required including digital technology.

Our community midwives are a passionate group of staff, who endeavour to provide excellent care. You will be well supported within these teams.
