THE SALARY:
Salary is competitive with a 24k basic + uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE for the first year is 40k+

The role of trainee recruitment consultant in this company is an unparalleled opportunity that will allow you to progress very quickly to a consultant where you will be fully billing within 3 months.

Training will be given on the job by an industry professional.

You responsibilities as a trainee recruitment consultant will include:
*Cold calling to win new business

*Writing adverts

*Screening CV's

*Negotiating terms of business

*Maintain successful client relationships

*Hitting targets/earning commission and celebrating your success each month
