Key Responsibilities:

Eager to develop their skill set and engage in opportunities to further develop their knowledge
Using their commercial skills to develop their own portfolio of clients and to selfsufficiently generate new business opportunities
A respected member of a small team, participating in leadership meetings, marketing strategy planning, curating new ideas and providing constructive input in respect of the company's development
Highly skilled at effectively managing their own time and coordinating multiple active projects, business development and internal administrative tasks
From time to time, expected to travel for client meetings and travel for facetoface management meetings at least once a month at the company headquarters in the East of England

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

Client focused and commercially aware
Outgoing team player with strong relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Project management skills to manage internal, external and administrative requirements
Competent using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Capable of working independently, but also in apart of a team
Degree level qualifications, or sufficient previous industry experience
Practical knowledge of import and export processes, trade procedures and documentation
Competent completing classification and interpreting rules of origin
Proven experience in public service, consulting or advisory background, or supply chain and logistics role with a focus on international trade, customs and excise
Full UK driving license
