Duo Lettings is currently hiring a Lettings Administrator for their expanding business across Scotland.
Having set up the Lettings Agency nearly two years ago, we are going from strength to strength and require a likeminded individual to join us on our journey.
A sister company to The Property Duo, a property investment and development business based in Aberdeen and Edinburgh, the addition of Duo Lettings provides a true turnkey service for clients and a reputable agency for landlords.
Previous experience working in a Lettings agency or property company would be advantageous, though the main qualities we are looking for in someone are self-drive, an excellent work ethic, very good attention to detail; and highly organised.
We are rapidly growing and require someone to support our Lettings Manager and Lettings Assistant in Aberdeen.
The role:
- System maintenance & updates (full training can be provided)
- General administration
- Reviewing & refining company procedures and processes
- Liaising with our maintenance teams to resolve tenant issues
- Tenant check ins/check outs
- Property viewings
- Landlord liaison
- Social media support on Duo Lettings Instagram page
- Property mid term inspections
- Carrying out inventories at properties
- Practically minded
- Methodical
- Be able to turn their hand to a multitude of different tasks within the agency
- Can work alone or within a team
- Customer service background/ focus is essential
The position is available now, but we are willing to wait for the right person to join our small team.
Salary:
£10.42 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
