Real Estate Solicitor - Leeds
This fantastic real estate opportunity is with a top tier firm in Leeds.

Our client, a large national firm in Leeds, seek a newly qualified commercial property solicitor to join their growing team due to organic growth.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside partners and other senior members of the team on high quality matters such as:

Property acquisitions and disposals

- conditional contracts
- landlord and tenant matters
- leisure and healthcare development
- general management - surrenders, licenses, easements, rent reviews, lease renewals, and property finance

You will be working with a range of high quality clients including developers, corporate occupiers, property investors and investment funds.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will ideally be newly qualified to 2 years' PQE and have gained some experience either within a commercial property training seat or previously worked within a commercial property department within a reputablefirm.
