Our highly visionary Product Development team help define, drive and perfect new and existing products, which range from beautiful furniture right through to our stunning selection of home accessories.


We are searching for a Product Developer to join our superb team on a fixed term contract for up six months.

Based at our stunning support office in Swindon, Wiltshire, in this fast paced and exciting role you will oversee the growth and development of an exceptional range of accessories and gifting products, developing from concept to launch with close management of the critical path in order to build enduring accessories and gifts of the best quality, at the best value, launched on time, to delight the customer.


Bringing previous experience within development and sourcing of homewares accessories and gifting, you'll have an exceptional eye for detail and a strong visual perception.


Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, communicating all aspects of each design
  • Working closely with the product development engineers, designers and manufacturers to negotiate and establish best route to final approved sample
  • Meeting all stages and deadlines within the seasonal product development plan, recording the status of each product
  • Communicating internally all details of the new accessories and gifting products leading up to launch including packaging, branding, warehousing and purchasing
  • Working closely with Merchandising team to analyse sales data, ensuring optimum delivery of the right products to meet growth and ROI targets
  • Researching and preparing reports on competitor products and price


We are looking for someone who has outstanding organizational skills and a disciplined approach to deadlines, able to work flexibly using their initiative.
