We are actively seeking individuals who aspire to become Physical Education Teachers/Coaches and Teaching Assistants to join our PE, Sport, and Education apprenticeships.

This presents an exciting opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals, acquiring valuable skills for working with children through hands-on experience and support.

Role and Responsibilities

Collaborate with teachers and coaches to conduct enjoyable, inclusive, and engaging PE lessons, while supervising and supporting children to ensure their safety and foster physical and emotional development.
Assist teachers in planning and executing learning activities, both within and outside the classroom.
Support students' social needs by promoting and modeling positive behavior.
Work alongside teachers to monitor individual progress, achievements, and development, aiming to help students reach their highest potential.
Contribute to the delivery of extracurricular activities and clubs.
Establish positive communication with teachers and parents to build a strong rapport and ensure collaborative support for students.

Level 2 Community Activator Coach
Level 3 Teaching Assistant with PE focus
Level 4 School Sport Coach

Career Options

Successful apprentices will have the opportunity to progress into higher apprenticeships, pursue university education, or enter the workforce in various roles within PE. This may include coaching in schools or community settings, as well as pathways into Teaching Assistant or teaching roles. Entry Requirements

Level 3: Grade 4 or above in Maths and English is essential. Experience in volunteering or completing work experience within a school will be highly desirable.
