Contract:
Temporary, until October Half Term

Year group:
Year 4

Rate:
£13.20 ltd per hour (Total daily rate will depend on the hours you choose)

Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant your primary role will be to support the classroom teacher in providing an enriching and engaging learning experience for our students.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting in the planning and implementation of lessons
Providing oneonone or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Helping with classroom management and behaviour support
Supporting students with special educational needs
Assisting with classroom materials preparation
Participating in extracurricular activities and school events

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

Start time: 7:30 AM or 8:30 AM (flexible)

Finish time: 3:30 PM

Some evenings:
Stay until 6:00 PM (2 or 3 nights a week, to be determined)

Qualifications and Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
Passion for education and a strong desire to make a positive impact
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the school and students
Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment
Experience working with children in the last two years
