Hours: 37.5 Hybrid Working Option

Communications and Engagement Officer will play a key role in communications and engagement for a range of audiences.

The post holder will be expected to:

Support the Communications and Engagement (C&E) team to monitor social media platforms.
Support the development of engagement activities and events. This could include scheduling events, organising rooms, liaising with participants and the promotion of events.
Provide admin support to the C&E team including taking notes in meetings, scheduling meetings and gathering appropriate resources.
Support the team to develop, proofread and monitor staff and stakeholder information.
Work with colleagues to gather content suitable for a variety of audiences.
Support the team to develop campaigns, coordinate high quality internal and external publications, leaflets and advice documents; write articles for the intranet
Support the team to update the intranet, website and social media with news, project information and events.
Learn and enforce house style and help maintain the corporate identity of the organisation in keeping with guidelines.
Undertake any other duties which might reasonably be required commensurate with the post
