City of Bristol College is seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Head of Marketing. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity.


You will be responsible for:


The post-holder is accountable to the Director of Marketing, Sales & Student Services and will work with the Director to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the college's overall goals and objectives, ensuring marketing initiatives support ambitious enrolment targets and the college's strategic vision.


The post-holder is required to utilise a range of well-developed marketing, communication skills and competencies to implement the college's marketing strategy and corporate identity for all target markets.


The post-holder is accountable for the co-ordination, monitoring and reporting on the performance of student recruitment campaigns against college recruitment targets for all market segments (school leavers, adults, higher education, apprenticeships, commercial and employers) and will conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and prospective student needs, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.


The post-holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the marketing department supported by the marketing manager, ensuring projects and campaigns are delivered collaboratively, to the highest standard and on target.

The post holder will also be responsible for the college contact centre & customer service team, providing KPI data and insights to the director and making sure our customer communications are always of the highest standard.
