Our client, an expanding
Software Housewithin the Entertainment Industry are looking for an
Engineering Manager to provide leadership to software teams and encourage an environment of growth.


Perfect opportunity if you are looking for a hands-off role within a growth-mindset environment with a huge focus of ED&I.


Overview of the role:

You'll be responsible for managing two teams of up to 6 software engineers and facilitating an environment for growth and success by coaching, as well as taking a lead on learning and development initiatives.

Location:
Remote first (Manchester/London) - twice a month in the office


Salary:
£65K - £75K DOE

Experience required:


  • Mentoring and coaching
  • Managing progression
  • Interviewing and hiring
  • Agile delivery
This is a hands-off role but the following previous experience would be beneficial:

  • .NET,.NET Core, C#
  • Azure
TDD and pair programming are integral in the day-to-day working so you must be an advocate for these practices.
