Your legal expertise and proactive management of dilapidations, lease renewals, and rent reviews will be instrumental in steering our success.

What you will be doing -

Ensuring compliance of lease covenants including all Landlord and Tenant issues and successfully resolving property related disputes
Negotiation of surrenders, lease extensions and Deeds of Variation
Negotiating and agreeing Licences, including Licence for Alterations and satellite dishes
Working with the development team to secure at risk licences and to grow the estate through the acquisition of new property
Negotiation of dilapidation/repair schedules and management of outsourced external advisors when appropriate
Negotiation of all Lease Renewals including agreeing basic required lease terms and submission of Expert Witness reports when required
Arranging disposals of surplus vacant and part vacant units and negotiating subtenant Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews
Negotiation of all rent reviews within the allocated region. This will include, where necessary, submitting written representations to Arbitrator/Expert.

Who we are looking for-

Excellent abilities in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders including retail operations, finance, and our landlords
Selfdrive and motivated to manage own workload proactively with ability to deal with multiple projects and changing priorities
RICS Qualified
Experience and proficiency in landlord and tenant, property management and legal understanding of commercial leases.
