A great opportunity to join an exciting Business Consultant company based in Central London, they are seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them whilst they begin their next exciting growth phase.

Key responsibilities

Setting up supplier details in Paprika (finance system), updating supplier payment terms and other supplier information
Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses in Paprika
Setting up payments in the bank for approval
Ensuring suppliers, freelancers and employee expenses are paid on a timely basis
Dealing with any queries on supplier, freelancer and employee payments
Managing company credit cards
Experience with Paprika (preferred but not essential)
Proficient on Excel, Word
Proactive and adaptive to a fastchanging environment
