Please note:
this role is working in the office x3 days per week and at home x2 days per week.
Desktop (FA Referrals) Make initial contact with clients/NOK explain the financial assessment process and answer any questions they may have about the whole social services process, not just financial assessment.
Liaise with the social workers to discuss complex cases or to find out whether clients will be receiving chargeable services.
E5 to raise purchase order for the team for training or conferences Minute taking - for all team meetings. Supporting the team and team manager with any ad hoc admin tasks. Any other ad hoc duties
