Building Manager - South West London (SW2) - up to £50k
We're working with a leading, reputable, national managing agent who require an experienced Building Manager for a prestigious Residential Estate in SW London as follows:

Full time, permanent role working Mon-Fri 7am to 3pm
Supervision of caretakers on site as well as contractors visiting site, reporting to the property manager as required.
Building inspections, ensuring bins / litter are kept in order
Ensuring lease covenants are met and breaches reported
Oversight of H&S
Keeping residents up to date with building related news / updates
Assisting the Property Manager with service charge budgets
Ensure security is kept as required

The suitable Building Manager will be self-motivated, service minded, prepared to go the extra mile, tech savvy and fully accountable.

Salary for the successful Building Manager will start at up to £50k depending on experience and qualifications.
