Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly team located in the S26, Sheffield area.

Contract;

Essential skills needed;

  • Experience within Manufacturing (desirable)
  • Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Ability to work confidently and calmly under pressure
  • Previous administration/customer service/complaints handling experience
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good computer skills and proficient in using Microsoft including Excel

Essential duties and responsibilities;

  • Liaising with different department to obtain resolutions
  • Providing timely resolutions to customer enquiries
  • Maintaining and updating trackers/logs and supporting the team where required
  • Assist the Customer Service and Sales team to ensure the best customer delivery
  • Purchase order input / processing for indirect & consumable items
  • Order acknowledgments. Checking and revising POs with supplier order details. Highlight any variances
  • Supplier quality approval register. Obtain updated certs where required. Save on system and revise register
  • Create, configure, and send order book reports to main material suppliers


  • US Suppliers

  • Weekly calls with PCC & Howmet Rancho

Working Hours;

  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift TBC

Salary;
- £ £13.33 per hour DOE

  • Call Jamieleigh on between the hours of 8am5pm Mon to Fri
  • Text 'ADMIN' to for a call back
