CIM MCA Analyst

Description of the Position

The Managed/Alternative Investments Business Risk Analyst will also be responsible for supporting the implementation of key policies and procedures for the Global Managed investments organization, and will work in close partnership with the Supervisory structureand the Global and Regional Investments Business Risk teams.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • BRCC, MCA reporting and testing
  • key objective is to ensure all gaps identified are addressed
  • CAP management; ensure all CAPS are properly opened, and closed in a timely manner
  • Track Errors, Losses and Complaints ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed in a timely manner
  • Tracking and managing Audit, Compliance, & ORM owned issues as well as business selfidentified issues, helping to drive issues to closure, monitoring issue status & CAP closures, and ensuring senior management governance & oversight on issue management.
  • Ensure new rules and regulations are implemented with adequate controls
  • Support the Fiduciary Oversight structure and the entire Americas Investments Organization team on closing and addressing all alerts and exceptions received.
  • Responsible for preparation of decks for various governance forums

Qualifications:

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Relevant 3+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry with a focus on Risks and Controls
  • Fluency in MS Office Suite required. Data Management skills including VBA, SQL, Tableau preferable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Superior interpersonal skills, able to make decisions and exercise sound judgement.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to complete responsibilities within identified deadlines.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter, resultsdriven and teamwork oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work efforts simultaneously.
