Receptionist
Reporting to - Business Administration Support Manager
Shift - 40 hours, Flexible between 7:30am and 6pm Mon-Fri (usual shift 8-5 Mon-Thurs, 8-2:30 Fri). 30 min unpaid break.
Main Duties:
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they're signed in/out of the building
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed over accordingly
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Meeting room bookings
- Meeting hospitality
- Basic admin/data entry tasks
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Organised and resourceful
- Active listener
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Fast and eager learner
