Description

Receptionist

Reporting to - Business Administration Support Manager


Shift - 40 hours, Flexible between 7:30am and 6pm Mon-Fri (usual shift 8-5 Mon-Thurs, 8-2:30 Fri). 30 min unpaid break.


Main Duties:


  • Greeting visitors and ensuring they're signed in/out of the building
  • Transferring calls as necessary
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed over accordingly
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Meeting hospitality
  • Basic admin/data entry tasks

Key Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office
  • Organised and resourceful
  • Active listener
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Fast and eager learner
