Team Overview

Savills Commercial Marketing supports the B2B facing part of the Savills UK business which comprises 14 divisions who provide a range of services spanning Capital Markets, Commercial Agency, Property Management, Professional Services, Development Services andHousing.

The clients we serve are a diverse range of organisations of varying sizes, from major corporates to landowners, property developers and family offices.

Collectively, the Commercial divisions contribute massively to the UK P&L and there is genuineexcitement about the opportunities for further growth.

Marketing will be key to helping unlock this potential and our young and dynamic team is focused on delivering commercial returns.


Role Overview

You will positively influence and support these divisions; being responsible for the planning and implementation of bespoke marketing initiatives that aim to drive business growth, drive brand awareness and preference in their target market.

This role givesthe successful applicant a real opportunity to own and deliver the marketing plans for some of the key growth drivers within Savills UK, with high levels of personal autonomy and key stakeholder profile.


Key Responsibilities

  • Works with Commercial Marketing Director in the development and ongoing management of bespoke divisional marketing strategies and associated marketing budgets for the Commercial divisions
  • Researches and recommends multichannel marketing opportunities for each division including, but not limited to, content, events, digital and print advertising, social media
  • Builds positive relationships and meets regularly with stakeholders; communicating plans, challenges, developments, opportunities, actions and results with them
  • Is the main point of operational contact with the marketing function and responds to the day to day queries from divisions, troubleshooting where necessary.

Key Skills

  • 35 years' experience in similar fulltime marketing role
  • Project Management skills completer/finisher
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Experience across the marketing mix, including traditional and digital channels
