Package - £23k+ basic salary + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £45K OTE, Year 2 OTE £65K OTE)

Responsibilities:

Sourcing international tech talent that matches our clients' briefs
Updating clients on hiring projects
Generating new business, through business development

The Requirements:

The Company are looking for dynamic recent graduates or sales professionals who are outgoing by nature with exceptional drive, resilience, and ambition.

Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
You will know exactly what you want to achieve and where you want to go next with a clear road map of personal and career goals
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solution focused attitude
Motivated to hit KPIs
Be able to collaborate well within a team
