Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer


An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright, enthusiastic, and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to join Recra's Team based in Wigston.

The Role:


  • As a Recruitment Consultant you will predominantly provide support to Recra key accounts:
  • Advertising and dealing with advert response.
  • They are performing general administrative duties, requesting and monitoring documentation.
  • Constantly contribute and assist in the team's achievement of targets.

Skills & Experience:


  • To be suitable for the position of Recruitment Consultant you will have a positive attitude, be able to communicate well at all levels and be interested in helping people, and have your own unique personality.
  • Strong administration, telephone, and customer service skills, and experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a drive to succeed.
  • Targetdriven and able to motivate other team members.
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to work proactively on my own initiative as well as within a closeknit team.
  • Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Be motivated by results and a job well done.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 9am-4.30pm
