    Civils Operative Job Description

    We are currently recruiting for a Civils Operative to work across various sites in Manchester, Birmingham, and Cumbria.

    The ideal candidate must be a responsible individual with great attention to safety precautions and experience in different kinds of groundworks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Take responsibility for the safety, quality, and environmental elements of your work site and the welfare of your fellow employees.
    2. Plan and coordinate site works in accordance with client instructions and Operations Manager guidance.
    3. Ensure equipment, materials, and site arrangements are ready at the start of each day.
    4. Carry out daily risk assessments and maintain a safe delivery of service by adhering to all safety, health, and environmental requirements.
    5. Experience in dealing with blockages and reinstatements is essential.

    This role plays a crucial part in our business as it enables us to quickly move to the build stage before reinstatement, facilitating growth and expansion of our Telecoms presence.
