Description
Our client who specialises in Distribution, has enlisted FRS to support with the recruitment of a Credit Control Manager to join their team based in Kettering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting of Self Bill/Other invoices and insurance and currency receipts.
- Managing contras and the contra relationships.
- Maintenance of query log for Partners & Intercompany.
- Ensure contra report is updated weekly.
- Process any contra payments and allocate.
- Ensure payment calendar for contra payments is maintained in conjunction with
- Processing A&O invoices.
- Weekly check that all A&O invoices have been uploaded to the system.
- Updating of insurance files and documents.
- Ad hoc reporting and tasks as required.
- Process new account openings.
- Review credit monitoring alerts from Credit Safe and react as required.
- Post & Allocate cash payments.
- Ensure the credit control inbox is maintained and actioned put into required colours.
- Process invoices for customers.
- Ad Hoc tasks as and when required.
- Previous credit control experience.
- Experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Be confident having difficult conversations about large and complex debts.
- You must be able to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment whilst maintaining a highlevel of accuracy and numerical ability.
- You will be able to prioritise yours and your teams workload, have excellent time management skills and be able to communicate effortless at all levels with a variety of internal and external networks.
