Are you a dynamic and engaging Learning Support Assistant or Graduate looking for work in the Ormskirk area?


Tradewind are working on behalf of a Ormskirk secondary school who are looking to appoint a full time Learning Support Assistant.

The successful Learning Support Assistant or Graduate will be providing 1:1 support for a Year 7 student. The role will be Monday

  • Friday, 8.30am 3.00pm for the rest of the academic year (July 2023).


This Ormskirk secondary school are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant or Graduate, who is eager to provide aid and support for this student.


For the role, you will:

  • Have experience of working with young people OR be a Graduate working towards a PGCE OR hold a Teaching Assistant qualification be working collaboratively with the SENDCo and other members of staff
- be working on a one-to-one basis with a student
- show empathy and patience, whilst ensuring the student is engaged
- be a committed, positive and nurturing character
