Administrator Digital Systems Training - Brighton, United Kingdom - Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust
Description
The post holder will report directly to the Digital Systems Training Manager and will be a key member team providing administrative support for the training function.
The post holder will maintain all relevant training booking systems ensuring that they are accurate, up to date and match the required training team MS calendars.
The post holder will organise relevant meetings, including preparing the agenda, room and IT equipment, booking venues, taking minutes.The post holder will manage and prioritise their own workload and provide cover for other administrative staff during times of leave and unplanned absence.
The post holder will monitor and maintain training equipment and venues ensuring that they are fully operational and report any issues as identified.
