This job will require an individual to provide administrative and file management support.


Job description for Legal Administrator

  • Providing administrative support to a team of Fee Earners & Legal Secretaries
  • Producing court bundles, letters & documents
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Creating and uploading information to the internal database
  • Managing and organising files

Job skills required for the Legal Administrator

  • Previous experience working in administration is desirable
  • Educated to at least GCSE level with grades C and above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Effective communicator with good organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive, professional and flexible approach to work
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
