This job will require an individual to provide administrative and file management support.
Job description for Legal Administrator
- Providing administrative support to a team of Fee Earners & Legal Secretaries
- Producing court bundles, letters & documents
- Scheduling meetings
- Creating and uploading information to the internal database
- Managing and organising files
Job skills required for the Legal Administrator
- Previous experience working in administration is desirable
- Educated to at least GCSE level with grades C and above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Effective communicator with good organisational and time management skills
- Proactive, professional and flexible approach to work
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
