    Global Mobility Tax Manager

    This is a unique opportunity for someone seeking broader responsibility in a hands-on role with genuine scope to shape, build, and lead.

    You will be advising a diverse and international client base, mentoring junior team members, and playing a key role in business development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality global mobility and employment tax advice to UK and international clients.
    • Draft advisory reports and support client meetings with senior leaders.
    • Manage and mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
    • Oversee expatriate tax return processes and specialist payrolls.
    • Contribute actively to client pitches, presentations, and proposals.
    • Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients and manage enquiry negotiations.

    About the Role:

    • Work closely with experienced Global Mobility Tax leaders.
    • Exposure to a broad and complex range of UK and international tax matters.
    • Step into a visible and impactful role within a growing department.
    • Benefit from a flat structure, quick decision-making, and minimal bureaucracy.

    Requirements:

    • ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience).
    • Strong knowledge of expatriate tax, social security, and payroll compliance.
    • Experience managing globally mobile employee tax planning.
    • Confident in handling direct client interaction and advisory delivery.
