Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. The Care Assistant will provide essential support to individuals in need of care, ensuring their well-being and comfort.


Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and help with feeding if required
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Develop and follow care plans for each client
• Monitor and report changes in client health status
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Skills:

• Experience in creating and implementing care plans
• Ability to drive to client locations as needed
• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Knowledge of home care procedures and practices
• Familiarity with IT tools for documentation purposes
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and their families

Pay:
£11.18-£11.81 per hour
