SPR Careers are proud to be working with a public sector client to recruit for an
Admin Officer on a temporary basis.


Admin Officer Working Instructions:


Pay Rate:
Grade 4 Role paying £11.59p/h


Hours: 37 Hours


Location:
Wolverhampton - Hybrid Structure


Essential Experience and Qualities for an Admin Officer:

  • Experience of taking minutes / notes for panel meetings and conferences.


  • Listening skills

  • Ability to listen, absorb and record what is being said is crucial.
  • Using Microsoft Office and other IT software's

Admin Officer Key Duties:


  • Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Implement and adhere to the department's data protection policies and guidelines.
  • Assist department staff in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Ensure that diaries are uptodate and wellcoordinated to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Accurately input and update data into the department's recordkeeping systems, including case files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when recording and tracking information.
  • Provide general administrative support including preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
