Description
As a Recruitment and Rota Coordinator, you will be expected to have health care experience, including experience in personal care and medication management.
You will also need to have experience in recruitment and scheduling, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
The role will be primarily based in our office, but in addition to your core responsibilities, you may also be required to cover healthcare assistance shifts in emergency situations.
This will involve providing personal care to our clients in their own homes, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are able to live as independently as possible.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised, able to work well under pressure, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
This will currently be Monday to Friday 12-6pm with the potential of full time in the future. There will also be an out of hours on call duty included in this role.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English - mandatory
Driving license - mandatory
2 years Health Care Assistant experience - mandatory
1 year Senior Health Care Assistant - preferred
1 year Admin and scheduling - mandatory
