My client, an award-winning business based near Truro, is seeking an Assembly Worker to support the delivery of high-quality equipment in a factory environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with previous mechanical or electrical assembly experience, offering full-time working hours.

The role will involve working within the production team, assembling market leading products within a lean-manufacturing production facility.

Assembling products, product testing, and training whilst you work to achieve high quality output. Additionally, there will be opportunities to train to braze and silver solder.


Before you get TOO is what they're looking for:

  • Mechanical and electrical assembly experience and electrical wiring.
  • Ability to read and work from drawings and written instructions.
  • Minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience within a factory environment.
  • Flexible, positive and enthusiastic with good communication skills.
