Description
Serving customers at the kiosk, and dealing with enquiries- Selling wax melts, candles, diffuser products to customers and upselling
- Hitting sales targets, and engaging with customers
- Processing cash and card payments
- Promoting products based on the company's directives
- Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays
- Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
- Managing product inventory at the kiosk
- Keeping the kiosk clean
Job Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent in selling and upselling products
- Proficiency in using a point of sale system (POS) and inventory management software
- Knowledge in product promotions
- Ability to conduct effective sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Ability to work well on your own
- Proficiency in Maths & English
Job Hours:
- This is a fixed term contract from late September/early October, up until late December, with a view to extending the contract in January.
- Hours are typically 9.30am5pm (Mon-Fri) and 11am5pm on Sundays. We also offer half shifts (such as 9.30am1pm or 1p5pm)
- We can offer flexible work days/shift patterns to suit your needs
Job Salary:
- Pay will be UK minimum wage (per hour).
- We also offer bonus pay and incentives for hitting sales targets during busy seasons
Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary:
£6.00-£10.00 per hour
