Marketing Manager - Financial services. to £75,000


This leading global financial services organisation has an excellent market reputation and is continuing to expand it's client base and product offering.

They are now looking for a senior marketing leader to drive the marketing strategy for the company'sregional primary specialty business units in the UK, with the strategic objective of deepening client relationships and achieving business production goals and growth ambitions.

Previous exposure to the insurance industry would be preferable but financialservices experience would also be welcomed.


Duties:

  • You will own the strategy to develop distribution and portfolio positioning and messaging.


Interpreting (external) business needs, consulting division leaders and client management heads, and influencing decisions to select the most effective tactics to meet specific business or marketing objectives.

Defining the marketing strategy, plans and activities to meet business unit(s) premium growth and retention strategies. Develop marketing budget for business units, including multiple autonomous brands.

Create marketing campaigns and oversee go to market activities, campaign management and analytics to effectively convey core messages.

Work closely with the wider UK Marketing Communication team to deliver end-to-end marketing program and ensure integrated MarCom support being performed


Collaborate with broader Global Communications team whenever appropriate to share insights, leverage best practices and drive efficiencies that will improve quality, consistency and effectiveness of marketing outcome.


Steer the development of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, advertisements, films, sell sheets, presentations and digital content targeted to clients and prospects.


Manage marketing activities within event strategies to fulfil business needs in terms of generating prospects, spending quality time with clients, and providing strong visibility.


Lead marketing projects and coordinate (internal and external) resources to drive high quality, innovative and impactful programme on-time and within budget.

Ensure that all marketing programs, promotions and activities are tracked and measured to determine their ROI and success.

Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments and best practices and perform marketing segmentation, targeting, and positioning across insurance industry.
