What success looks like in this role:


The Services Team Lead will be tasked with leading the efforts of a team of Unisys associates or contractors. This is not a direct reporting relationship, but leading a project or solution team of developers, testers, engineers or support associates to meet critical deliverables.**:

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Knowledge and Proficiency in Visual Studio.

Provides technical advice and consultation on complex, critical issues and escalations

Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented

May assist with the evaluation of new and existing software products

Learns project management techniques by acting as a team leader on small projects or portions of larger projects

Develops client support plans for major projects

Unisys ClearPath OS 2200 or other mainframe technologies
