We currently have a vacancy for a General Operative to join the Engineering department.

Reporting to the Civils Working Supervisor, the main purpose of the role is:

Supporting repair and refurbishment works on site to a high standard.
Undertaking construction, faultfinding and maintenance repairs within budget and time parameters.
Maintenance of company assets.
Liaising with both internal and external customers to ensure work is carried out to the required standard, obtaining feedback on completion of works.
Purchasing and collection of stock when required to complete works and monitoring of stock levels.
Processing all activities on the computerised maintenance system.
C&G or equivalent in multi trade discipline and experience working in a multi skilled environment.
GCSE grade 5 (C) or equivalent in both Mathematics and English.
A thorough understanding of Health and Safety practices
Full Driving Licence
Good organisational and communication skills.
PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additional Information
This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
