Teaching Assistant
**Welcoming supportive 2 form entry primary school - Buckinghamshire High Wycombe

You will work closely with the class teacher to support children from KS1 to KS2.

You will be responsible for helping and encouraging in some cases children with special educational needs (SEN) and those whose first language is not English as well as supporting small groups or delivering interventions and additional whole class support.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences for all children in the class

Help children with SEN and those whose first language is not English, to access the curriculum and make progress in their learning

Support small groups or deliver interventions and additional support to children as needed

Supervise children during break and lunchtimes, ensuring their safety and wellbeing

Support the class teacher with behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

Experience working with children
