The Role:
Marketing Automation Specialist

Working in the Marketing Technology Team you will report in to the Head of Marketing Technology and act as part of the Marketing Technology management team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide marketing automation training for users and new starters.
Promote the use of Eloqua in the business and investigate new marketing automation functionality.
Administrate the Eloqua platform, creating and managing users.
Create automated marketing processes and nurturing campaigns that maximise engagement, retention and growth opportunities.

Skills and experience needed

At least 12 years' handson experience of Marketing Automation tools. Eloqua preferred, and Salesforce is additionally beneficial
Willingness to proactively recommend improvements to marketing automation processes.
Understanding of GDPR.
Good knowledge in marketing analytics, with experience analyzing customer and prospect data to create actionable segments and deliver results
Good stakeholder management and comfortable working with all areas of the business including IT.
Effective time management and prioritisation.
Experience of managing third parties to deliver against agreed priorities
