Post Exchange / Completions Manager or Team Leader (Conveyancing)

£30k - £40k DOE

Bromley, office based

Our client is a long-standing and well-established high street law firm, comprising a team of specialist lawyers with 6 offices across South London and Kent.

An established heritage and local presence, the business currently has circa 120+ employees, offeringa full range of services,

including specialisms in Residential Conveyancing, Family and Children law, Wills & Probate, and Leasehold Enfranchisement.

The Role

The role will be reporting to the Partner of an extremely busy and successful Residential Property division and the focus of the role is to manage the team of 5 people and the work in process of the post/exchange dept.

Providing support to the clerks in the post exchange/ completion process.
Ensuring the department standards are accurate and performed to the highest standard.
Liaison with the Fee Earners regarding their case progression and any queries in the process
Manging team performance and training in the department
Reporting of department activity and performance weekly

Who are they looking for?

Highly experienced post exchange/completion specialist with previous management experience in a similar role
Ability to manage staff and deadlines/performance of the team
Selfmotivated and displays initiative.
Team player
Accurate and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
