Your purpose:
The role of the
Digital Coordinator **is to provide support to one or more programmes, projects and/or workstreams within the Digital portfolio.
Working closely with the Digital leadership team, supporting activities can include planning, communications, resourcing, reporting, organising workshops and events, as well as general ad-hoc organisational and administrative activities.
The Digital Portfolio Coordinator will be working within an Agile product delivery environment and a flexible and adaptable approach will be essential.
Your role
- Maintain accurate records of resources, onboarding new starters and processing leavers. Ensuring system accounts and equipment are provided in a timely manner and returned at the end of the assignment
- Support systems access management (e.g., Miro)
- Maintain team distribution lists
- Raising POs/contract requests and tracking approvals
- Maintaining a record of all Digital contracts to ensure renewals are completed on time and act as point of contact for all requests of this nature, liaising with SPM (Service Partner Management) and/or Procurement as required
What you'll bring
- Experience of working in a technical project environment, ideally software or IT delivery.
- Highly organised, selfdisciplined and with an eye for detail.
- Flexible and adaptable by nature, able to switch tasks as needed.
- Tenacious and reliable, able to take ownership and see tasks through to a successful conclusion.
- Able to manage multiple complex activities simultaneously.
- Able to negotiate and influence to achieve the desired outcomes.
