This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody that has worked in Customer Service before, and has some experiencewith FCA Regulations.


Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required but not limited to;

  • Handle and manage a high volume of Inbound Calls
  • Manage and Maintain Customer and Client relationships and Accounts
  • Answer Customer questions and queries via Multi-Channel communication platforms
  • Handle Customer Sensitive and confidential data following GDPR Guidelines and Security
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service at all times

Profile
The successful Customer Service will;

  • Experience working within the Customer Service sector
  • Understand and adheres to FCA Regulations at all times
  • Have good interpersonal, team work, and networking skills
  • Provide empathy in a professional and approachable manner
  • Manage individual workload
