Purpose of the role


A Continued growth of our services at this client site, the increase of complex digital projects, and the growing demand for Photo and Video work, means we are seeking a talented and dynamic all-rounder to join our small creative team within a prominent investment bank.


Our core focus is to deliver high quality corporate information, whilst providing direction and guidance to members of staff in achieving these aims.

This role will be responsible for media management and will prepare all project assets and manage the clients to ensure a seamless project progression.

The Creative Team are quick thinkers, problem solvers, team oriented, and incredibly meticulous and organized. This position will work closely with the Creative Team, internal and external clients and reports to the Studio Manager.


You will also be working as part of a team making small amends to design collateral using a variety of computer-based software for external and internal presentations, conferences, seminars, concepts, brochures, adverts, events for both print, digital and web based.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work on several projects at once is a must.

You will provide support for the videography and quality checking services.

In this role, you will be work with the video and photography team to assist with the production of creating engaging and impactful video content that effectively communicates our brand.

What will you be doing?

  • Quality check highquality design, artwork within corporate brand guidelines and to approved briefs and timescales
  • Making minor amends to working projects across all collateral such as print and web graphics
  • To ensure quality control and preflight checking procedures on all print, digital and motion are adhered along with all other departmental policies
  • Coordinate with the design team (especially video lead) and client to perform various tasks to keep projects running smoothly and on time
  • Manage logistics, including scheduling, availability, and daytoday work assignments
  • Coordinate catering for the clients and ensure their needs are met during production
  • Annotate and label all media based on shoot/project notes, as well as using your own intuition and understanding of the shoot to organize media in the project in a concise manner to set up the editorial and graphics teams for success
  • Assist with Lead Videographer, ensuring a wellmaintained and organized space
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling matters, including budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team and Clients to ensure smooth operation during studio shoots
  • Assist in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other external parties for smooth project execution
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage productionrelated documents, schedules, and resources effectively
  • Possess excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to liaise effectively with the team, clients and stakeholders

Who you are:

  • Minimum 1 years of postproduction experience including work as an Assistant producer, preferably in the corporate Environment
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other postproduction technologies and software
  • Strong commitment to thoroughness and detail as well as an aptitude for organizing and labelling media content for a Post-Production facility
  • Must be extremely knowledgeable with technology including comprehensive understanding of media codecs, bit rates, aspect ratios, colour spaces, compression, and finishing processes (color/mix prep/conform/QC/delivery)
  • Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Adept at determining priorities and able to hit deadlines under pressure; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a deadlinedriven environment
  • Productivityfocused and proven to be a quick problem solver, with ability to overcome technical challenges as necessary
  • Excellent organisational skills, detail orientated, systematic and accurate.
  • Strong communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working at pace, flexible and adaptable to change.
