There is no better time to join this high street charity retailer who are seeking a part time Assistant Manager (20 hours per week) to inspire and lead the store team to deliver a great customer experience and deliver results.

This role is based in Plumstead

This retailer is focused on delivering an exciting shopping experience and making sure that high standards of quality, value are always met.

As Assistant Manager you will be a self-motivated individual with sound retail management experience
Possess good leadership and communication skills
Have the ability to lead and motivate your team of volunteers
Have great visual merchandising experience and a commercial approach to delivering sales
Possess excellent customer service skills
Be sales driven and commercially aware delivering KPI's and targets
21 hour week / Great package
