Payroll & Benefits Manager - London - £85000 p.a
An expanding consultancy are seeking to hire a strong operational Payroll & Benefits Manager, working on a hybrid basis.
The Payroll & Benefits Manager will be responsible for;

Managing a large payroll team, ensuring the delivery of the payrolls for UK and global offices and that SLA's are met.

Overseeing / managing the benefits process including pensions.
Managing payroll and benefits vendors.
Annual benefits provider reviews.
Training, development and motivation of the payroll team.
Improving policies and procedures.

The successful applicant will;

Have previous payroll and benefits management experience within a high volume payroll environment for a global business.
Have some international payroll exposure
Have previously led and developed a payroll team.
Have systems implementation / testing experience.
